Thanks to the LON Police, the ZIP file below USED to have all the EXEs and DLLs needed for it to work. Now, it just has the .EXE.
To get it to work with the PCC-10, create a shortcut where the Target field is 'WNODUTIL.EXE -DPCCLON1' and the Start In field contains the path to the file.
